This page says what CureData Inc. collects, why, and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect

What you give us (name, email, organization). Technical data to run the site. Cost and coverage records only when you connect. Visiting this page does not connect those records.

How we use it

To run CureData and Cura for you. To run your account. To keep the service secure. To comply with law. We do not sell health data. We do not send it to train someone else's model.

Who sees it

Resend sends transactional email. They may see an email address and the message. Not cost or coverage records. A connection you direct. A request the law requires. When we act as a business associate, the plan's notices and our BAA also apply.

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to law.
